Peach Tennessee Honey Spritz: An Easy Peach Brunch Cocktail
Sometimes the best brunch drinks are the ones you don’t overthink.
I made this Peach Tennessee Honey Spritz when a friend came over, and this was very much a pour, taste, adjust, and keep going situation. No complicated cocktail setup. No ten-step recipe. Just fresh peach flavor, Tennessee Honey, bubbles, and a cute glass.
And honestly, that is exactly why I liked it.
It feels special enough for brunch, but easy enough to make when you are actually hosting and do not want to spend the whole time behind the bar.
A Peach Cocktail Made for Easy Brunch Hosting
Peach season gives us plenty of reasons to make a brunch cocktail, and this one has a little more personality than a traditional mimosa.
The fresh peach keeps it bright and summery, while Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey adds a smooth honey-whiskey flavor underneath it.
Then the bubbles lighten everything up and turn it into a drink that still feels right at home next to a brunch spread.
Sweet, peachy, bubbly, and very easy to sip.
Yes, This Was a Vibe Pour
Let me be transparent.
I did not stand in my kitchen measuring every ounce of this cocktail.
I made it for my friend, poured until it looked right, tasted it, adjusted it, and served it.
Sometimes that is how brunch happens. 😂
So instead of pretending this started as an exact cocktail formula, the measurements below are meant to be a starting point.
Want it a little stronger? Add more Tennessee Honey.
Want more peach? Add more peach nectar.
Want it lighter and bubblier? Keep pouring the sparkling wine.
This is one of those recipes that is supposed to work for you.
Peach Tennessee Honey Spritz Recipe

Add the peach nectar and give it a gentle stir.
Top with sparkling wine.
Taste and adjust to your liking.
Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
Serve immediately.
Hobnob Kitchen Note
This cocktail was originally made as a vibe pour, so do not feel like you have to treat the measurements as law.
Start there, taste your drink, and adjust.
Brunch is supposed to be fun.
Make It Pretty
I served mine in a coupe glass with a fresh peach slice on the rim.
Could you serve it in a wine glass? Absolutely.
But if you have a pretty glass sitting in your cabinet waiting for an occasion, this is the occasion.
The soft peach color and fresh garnish already make the drink look finished without needing anything complicated.
Perfect for Peach Season
I especially like this one for:
Summer brunch with friends
Peach-season entertaining
A casual girls’ brunch
Backyard brunch
A pregame brunch cocktail
Those afternoons when someone comes over and you want to make them something cute without doing the most
That last category may be exactly how this recipe was born. 😂
