This isn’t your average mimosa—Mimi is spicing things up with warm fall flavors, apple cider, and a cinnamon sugar rim. It’s the perfect sip for weekend brunches, Friendsgiving, or whenever you’re craving a little autumn magic.


🎃 Mimi’s Pumpkin Spice Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco (or champagne)

  • 1 cup apple cider

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup (store-bought or homemade)

  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional, for extra flavor)

  • Cinnamon sugar (for rimming glasses)

  • Cinnamon sticks or star anise (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rim your champagne flute with cinnamon sugar.
    (Dip rim in apple cider first so the sugar sticks!)

  2. Add 1 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup to each glass.

  3. Pour apple cider until the glass is about ⅓ full.

  4. Slowly top with Prosecco.

  5. Lightly stir, then sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise.
